How do I change my booking?+
The link in your confirmation email lets you view or cancel the tour. For a date change, write to us here and we will talk to the operator.
Who do I pay?+
You pay the local operator directly at the meeting point. No prepayment is taken on the site.
I run a tour company — how do I apply?+
Fill in the form on the partnership page. With complete documents the review takes two business days.
My review has not appeared — why?+
Reviews are checked before publication. Only guests who actually joined can write one; if something is missing we contact you.
