Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between the business identified below (Tours Alanya) and the visitor or member using toursalanya.com and its mobile app. By using the site you accept these terms.

Our role: catalogue and intermediary

We do not operate the tours. Tours Alanya is a catalogue and intermediary bringing tours in and around Alanya together in one place. The tour operator is responsible for running the tour, for transport and guiding, and for safety measures.

• Partner tours: Your booking request goes straight to the operator; the contract is formed between you and that company.
• Affiliate tours: Clicking the link takes you to a partner marketplace; sale, payment and cancellation take place there under their terms. We may earn a commission from these links at no extra cost to you.

Prices, itineraries, availability and times come from operators and providers. We publish this information carefully but do not guarantee that it is current or error-free; what binds is the information at the moment your booking is confirmed.

Membership

• Membership is free and requires you to be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility; actions taken from your account are deemed yours. If something looks suspicious you can close all sessions from your account security page.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, stating the reason.
• You can delete your account at any time. If you have transactions creating financial records, the account is anonymised and those records are kept for the statutory period.

Booking requests

1. On the tour page you enter the date, number of guests and your contact details and send the request.
2. The request goes to the operator and the places are held temporarily.
3. Once the operator confirms, you receive a confirmation and a voucher by e-mail.

A request you send is not a confirmed booking; the operator has to accept it. If it is declined or no answer arrives in time, the held places are released and you are informed. Payment is currently not taken on the site; the price is paid on the tour or by the method stated by the operator.

Reviews and comments

• You can only review tours you actually joined (with a completed booking).
• Reviews pass through moderation before publication; insults, discrimination, disclosure of personal data, advertising and irrelevant content are not published.
• You confirm that content you write is yours and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You grant us a free, transferable licence to use content you publish on the site and in our promotional channels. You can delete your review at any time.

Prohibited use

• Bulk scraping with automated tools, or copying and republishing content without permission.
• Attempting to bypass security measures, overloading the system, distributing malware.
• Fake bookings, fake reviews, acting under someone else’s identity.
• Any use contrary to law or infringing the rights of third parties.

Intellectual property

The design, text, software and compiled catalogue on the site belong to us; tour images and descriptions belong to the relevant operators or providers. Written permission is required to reproduce, republish or data-mine beyond personal use.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the site as uninterrupted and accurate as possible, but we do not promise unbroken access or freedom from error. The relevant operator is liable for damage arising from the running of a tour. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, our liability is limited to the commission we earned from the transaction we intermediated.

You accept that tours may be cancelled for reasons of force majeure such as natural events, weather, strikes or official decisions; in those cases the operator’s cancellation policy applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Alanya have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to a consumer arbitration committee or to the court at your own place of residence, as granted by law, is reserved.

Changes and contact

When we update these terms the version and date on this page change; substantial changes are announced on the site. For questions, use the contact channels in the identity panel.
